A new version of our products is coming very soon. In this article, you will find the key updates and new features.
React Viewer for Reports.WEB
A React report viewer will be introduced in the new version of Stimulsoft Reports.WEB. The React viewer uses a client-server architecture: React components run on the client side, providing report rendering and interaction, while the server side uses a full-featured reporting engine powered by .NET 6+. The client part will be distributed as npm packages, and the server part is implemented via the Stimulsoft.Reports.WEB NuGet package.

Data Source powered by AI
The upcoming version introduces a new Excel-style data source stored directly within the report, allowing for efficient data management and editing. This feature includes built-in AI integration, enabling users to easily generate or retrieve information via natural language queries for immediate use in their reports.
Variable validation
We have introduced validation settings for parameters, allowing developers to restrict user input using ranges and regular expressions. This new feature enables data integrity and prevents errors before the report generation process begins.Range selector in Dashboards
A new filtering element in dashboards - Range Selector - is coming in version 2026.2. In this element, you can specify a list of values, arguments, and series for data filtering. Values can be displayed as a line, area, or bars. Configuration is done through the element editor and the corresponding properties.
AI wizard for dashboards
An AI Wizard for automatic dashboard creation will be introduced in version 2026.2 in Stimulsoft Designer. Based on connected data sources, a dashboard will be generated according to the user's text description. Various dashboard types will be supported, including simple and drill-down ones, with the option to specify the design style in the query. To generate a dashboard, you will need to select Create Dashboard in the AI Wizard and write a prompt.
