MS-Word: if you set the top and bottom margin of one of the cells in the table row, the same margin will be set in all cells of the row. Therefore, if you set the top and bottom margins of the text box, then, after exporting, the same margin will be set for the row of the table and the text will be moved. In OpenOffice this works without problems.
